What is the return policy?

All items received are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of arrival.We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. When making a purchase please carefully review the item description. If items arrive bent or damaged due to carrier we are happy to issue a reshipment of original product if available. All items that are made to order (ie clothing) and or customized are not eligible for a refund. Any refunds will be processed after original item has arrived. We appreciate you and your support. 
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally in Canada just north of the GTA and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if my package gets lost or misplaced?

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. Please contact shipping carrier to initiate a missing mail search request.

We are not liable for insufficient address reshipments. If package states as returned due to insufficient address customer is liable for a reshipment fee
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping customs?

We are not liable for any custom fees or additional shipping charges you may encounter once order has arrived at destination.

Pre Orders

All items listed as "pre-order" are final sale.

When you order an item that is listed as "pre-order" it signifies the product is not yet in actual stock rather you are placing an order for an item that is currently being produced. Date of actual product arrival varies and it can take longer for some items to process. For all items in this category we kindly ask that you give us an additional grace period of 6-11 weeks for production time. This timeframe does not include actual shipping / delivery date. 

All items sold as pre-order are guaranteedto be shipped. A tracking link will be issued via email once your item has been shipped out.
